(Hot mulled red wine steeped with juniper berries, citrus, allspice and cardamom)
Cambozola-Fig-Onion Flatbread
(Griddled flatbreads with Cambozola cheese, poached figs in port wine and caramelized onions)
Bouchée à la Reine
(Vol-au-vent shells filled with braised chicken, mushrooms, and shallots in a Velouté sauce)
Potato Crisps with Smoked Salmon and Crème Fraîche 
(Oven-roasted blistered potato crisps topped with smoked salmon, crème fraîche, and chives)
Spiced Apple Cider 
(Warm cider with allspice, cinnamon, orange rind, clove and star anise spiked with or without brandy)
