Fennel and Leek Gratin in Gorgonzola Cream Sauce
(Braised fennel and leek, baked in a gratin dish with Gorgonzola sauce)
Wild Rice-Wheatberry-Mushroom-Cranberry Casserole
(Wild rice, wheat berries, baby Portobello’s, cranberries and toasted pecans)
