Chinese Pot Stickers (Jiǎozi): Fried and steamed dumplings in a gyoza wrapper filled w/ground pork, scallions, ginger, garlic and cabbage with a soy-ginger sauce
Vietnamese Spring Rolls: Rice paper wraps filled with bay shrimp, mint, rice vermicelli, chives, sprouts, carrots, red leaf lettuce and peanut sauce
Filipino Lumpia:  Eggroll wrappers filled with ground pork, cabbage, cilantro, garlic, bean sprouts and onions, deep fried to a crisp, golden brown and served with sweet chili sauce
