Pork Schnitzel with Rotkraut
Pan-fried breaded pork koteletts with sautéed and
braised sweet and sour red cabbage

Steamed Yukon gold potatoes, tossed in butter and fresh chopped parsley
Apfelstrudel
Apples, cinnamon, raisins and toasted walnuts rolled in layers of tissue thin fillo dough- baked to a golden brown
