Great Wraps of Asia/  All 4 (110.) per person/ 3 hour class 
or choose 3 (95.) per person/3-hour class
In this class we’ll create an alluring array of the most delicious, freshly made Asian inspired wraps and dumplings. These are an absolute hit at cocktail parties, luncheons and dinner parties! Really fun to make!
Thai Beef Lettuce Wraps
Ground grass fed beef, Thai basil, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass and red chilies wrapped in lettuce leaves.
Chinese Pot Stickers (Jiǎozi)
Fried and steamed dumplings in a gyoza wrapper filled w/ground pork, scallions, ginger, garlic and cabbage with a soy-ginger sauce
Vietnamese Spring Rolls
Rice paper wraps filled with bay shrimp, mint, rice vermicelli, chives, sprouts, carrots, red leaf lettuce and peanut sauce
Filipino Lumpia 
Eggroll wrappers filled with ground pork, cabbage, cilantro, garlic, bean sprouts and onions, deep fried to a crisp, golden brown and served with sweet chili sauce

Fresh, flavorful, healthy and delicious Indian cooking! A beautiful combination of enticing vegetarian dishes and an amazing chicken dish rounded off with handcrafted flatbreads and raita sauce.
Roti-Chapati-Phulkas/Puffed-Soft Indian Flatbread   
Handmade soft unleavened flatbreads made with whole wheat or atta flour, griddled on an iron skillet or tava.
Madras Curry Root Vegetable Stew
Various root vegetables, stewed in a coconut milk, Madras curry masala blend, garlic, lime, ginger and cilantro  
Curried Cauliflower-Sweet Potato-Chickpea Stew
Cauliflower, sweet potatoes, onions, raisins and chickpeas, simmered in spicy yellow curry and vegetable broth.
Chicken Tikka Masala with Raita
Chicken, peppers and onions in a yogurt masala marinade, char-broiled then simmered in a tomato, ground almond, garam masala, ginger and cream sauce…served with mint yogurt sauce.
