Chinese Cuisine Class: Sold Out Saturday, April 17, 2010 (11am - 2pm) $125
Hot & Sour Soup A classic robust and tangy soup with chili sauce, ground pepper, wine vinegar, lily buds, tofu, woodear and shiitake mushrooms. Mongolian Beef Stir-fried beef slices in a sauce of hoisin, chilies, and soy over a bed of mungbean noodles. Lemon Chicken Tangy, crisp lemon chicken breast fillet over a bed of iceberg lettuce chiffonade. Vegetable Medley with Lotus Root The ultimate stir-fry! With lotus root, red bell peppers, baby bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, water chestnuts and cashews. Steamed Jasmine Rice |

Thai Cuisine Class: 2 Openings Saturday, April 24, 2010 (11am - 2pm) $125
Thai Prawn Soup A flavorful hot and sour soup with lemongrass, Thai chilies, galangal (Thai ginger), kaffir lime, tamarind juice, and fish sauce. Vegetables in Red Curry Sauteed vegetable medley with fried tofu, carrots, peppers, eggplants, tomatoes in a red curry coconut milk sauce. Chicken with Thai Basil Quick stir-fried chicken with Thai sweet soy sauce, tamarind juice, oyster sauce and Thai Basil. Thai Beef Salad Lettuce Wraps A mixture of minced beef, lemongrass, jalapeno, kaffir, mint, galangal powder, and fish sauce, rolled in a lettuce leaf. Steamed Jasmine Rice |
