Chef Rhoda Yee


Chef Rhoda Yee has been a Chef Instructor and Culinary Personality
in the Bay Area and beyond for over 40 years.

Throughout her illustrious career Chef Rhoda has spent the past 20 years  at the California Culinary Academy teaching and creating  the Asian Cuisine program.

In the days before the CCA, Chef Rhoda has had her own TV segments in numerous Bay Area television programs as well as being featured guest chef on national programs such as:"Yan Can Cook",Good Morning America and The Hour Magazine.

Chef Rhoda is author of 3 cookbooks on Chinese Cooking, has been featured in Bon Appetite magazine as the "Dim Sum Master" and has consulted for a host of restaurants, hotels and resorts.
