  (Aborio rice cooked slowly with pancetta and sweet peas)
Filetti di Pesce al Cartoccio  
  (Fresh fish baked in parchment paper w/ basil-parsley pesto, olives and sundried tomatoes)

  (Chargrilled Radicchio with a touch of aceto balsamico)
Watermelon Granita
  (Refreshing ice crystal watermelon puree with a touch lemon and fresh mint)

  (Creamy parmasan laced polenta with mixed mushroom, fresh herbs and Marsala sauce)
Quails Wrapped in Grape Leaves
  (Balsamic glazed quails wrapped in grape leaves and roasted)

  (Gratineed brussels sprouts with pancetta and garlicky bread crumbs)
