Crêpes filled with stewed zucchini-basil-eggplant-tomato and onion
Ham and Cheese Crêpes
The classic street vendors crêpe, folded into a triangle with melted Swiss cheese, sauce Dijonaise and smoked ham
Nutella and Fresh Berry Crêpes
Crêpes filled with delicious hazelnut Nutella topped with fresh berries and whipped cream 
Lemon Ricotta Blintzes
Crêpes folded into rectangles with lemon ricotta filling, fried in brown butter- topped w/marmalade
