| “The French Café” Tuesday nights 6pm to 9pm $95.00 per class Create and enjoy these traditional comfort foods of the French Café. |
| “Le Bistro” Thursday nights 6pm to 9pm $125.00 per class Create these cozy traditional meals of the French bistro. |
| “Classic Sauces” Saturdays 11am to 2pm $80.00 per class Learn the ins and outs of the classic French "mother sauces" and their derivatives. |
