(Classic onion soup with a crouton and gruyere cheese crust)

Salade Niçoise

(Composed entrée style salad with fresh lettuces, tuna, beans, potato, and tomato)

Ratatouille

(Zucchini, eggplant, pepper, onion and tomato stew)

Crème Brûlée

(Vanilla custard with “burnt sugar”)
