Lentil soup with fresh carrots, celery, onions, tomato, smoked paprika, herbs and veggie broth
Delicata Squash-Pearl Onion and Sage Gratin
Gratin of roasted delicata squash, pearl onions, sage, garlic and bread crumbs
Broccoli Rabe-Kale Sauté
Rapini (aka broccoli rabe) and kale sautéed with sesame seeds and chili flakes
Apple Rings w/ Currants and Pine Nuts
Sautéed apple rings and currants, flambéed in brandy and finished with toasted pine nuts
