The versatile and amazing Fillo dough adds that special gourmet touch to creating a myriad of savory appetizers, delicious main courses and tasty desserts. In this class you will learn how to handle this delicate leafy wonder with the ease of a Master Chef and turn them into mouth watering delights.

Fillo triangles filled w/ potato, peas, scallions, cumin and Garam Masala

Layers of fillo dough with chopped nuts, orange blossom water, cinnamon and honey 
Spanikopita
Spinach, feta and dill pie, layered in flaky fillo dough
