  (rolled pork roast with fresh herbs and garlic)

Insalata di Arance e Cipolle
  (orange, red onion and watercress salad)
Vongole “al Corsaro”
  (spicy “pirate style” clams in tomato-wine broth)
Orecchiete con Cime di Rape
  (“little ear” pasta with broccoli rabe, sausage and pecorino cheese)
  (twice-baked cookies with anise, almond, and lemon zest)

Asparagi e Peperone Rosso
  (asparagus and red bell pepper salad)
Conchiglione Farcite
  (pasta shells stuffed with ricotta cheese, herbs, and baked in tomato sauce)
Bocconcini di Pollo
  (boneless chicken breast, leg, and thigh with proscuitto and sage)
  (espresso soaked ladyfinger torte layered with Mascarpone cheese)
