Broccoli-celery soup, pureed and finished in a chicken velouté with cream and broccoli florets

Potage de Courge Butternut/
Pureed Soup Classification

Roasted-pureed butternut squash with ginger, nutmeg and fresh lemon juice

French Lentil Soup/
Thick Soup Classification

French lentils, carrots, celery, onions, potatoes, fresh herbs, cumin and paprika in a savory broth
