(Red beet, root vegetable and cabbage soup in a tangy broth)
Pork Schnitzel with Rotkraut
(Pan-fried, pork scaloppini with sautéed sweet and sour cabbage)
Spaetzle
(Hand made tear drop pasta dumplings sautéed with butter and parsley)
Linzer Cookies
(Viennese cut out cookies made with, clove, cinnamon and allspice layered with raspberry jam)
