What tasty fun we’ll have creating these delicious gastro-pub favorites.
Shepherd’s Pie
round lamb, root vegetables and fresh herb casserole topped with potato mash.
Fish and Chips
Deep fried beer battered fish filets with French fries and malt vinegar.
Chicken Tikka Masala 
Chicken pieces and veggies marinated in yogurt and spices, broiled and cooked in a tomato-almond-masala sauce.

Fish and Chips

Perfect, Golden-Crisp Beer Battered Fish (Cod or Snapper).
Chips aka French Fries
Fresh cut bâtonnet cut potatoes, blanched and deep fried to golden brown.
Pub Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing
Butter lettuce, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, celery, carrot curls, radishes 
and blue cheese dressing.
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Bundt cake made with a touch of ginger, grated orange and chopped dates, served with a warm toffee topping and ice cream.

Bistro Salad with Weissbier-Citrus Dressing
Mixed lettuces, watercress and lardons with a citrus Weissbier-mustard dressing.
Brown Ale-Hoisin Lacquered Chicken 
Flat roasted split chicken with a brown ale and Hoisin glaze.

Onion rings deep fried in a lager beer batter, seasoned with Kosher salt and mint.
