Call or e–mail now to reserve a class or to purchase gift certificates.

Pay by check and mail to above address along with this form. Make checks payable to Joe Wittenbrook. OR  pay by "Pay-Pal" via secure e-bill which I e-mail to you.

• Sign up for any or all in a series.
• For private groups, reserve a day or night that works with your schedule.
• Menu classes are $95-$125.00 each.
• Knife Skills class $65.00 each; for private groups of 6 to 8 attendees, $80 each.
• Prices include all food cost and materials.

Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. For cancellation of a class up to 2 weeks prior to the date of the class, a one-time credit of the full purchase price can be applied toward a future class. For cancellation of a class less than 2 weeks prior to the date of the class, 50% of the purchase price will be credited. No credit or refunds for classes cancelled within 72 hours. Due to scheduling, cancelled private bookings cannot be credited.
