In this class you will learn how to make an array of the most delicious, tangy and tantalizing salads and salad dressings!  Also included: how to clean, trim and cut up a variety of accompanying fresh veggies and lettuces. Plenty of  good healthy eats in this class!

French Vinaigrette
Oil,vinegar, Dijon, lemon juice, a little S & P and you are ready to take on a bounty of fresh salads!
Ranch Dressing
A favorite veggie dipper! Buttermilk, sour cream, mayo, chives, tarragon, parsley, dill and other goodies, blended to perfection with an accompaniment of fresh lettuces and veggies.
Sesame- Ginger- Tamari Dressing
Asian style dressing of rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, green onions and Tamari... with shredded Chinese cabbage and grilled chicken!
Caesar Dressing/Salad
The Classic! Olive oil, garlic, anchovy, egg yolks, lemon juice and Worcestershire dressing tossed with romaine, croutons and Parmesan cheese...dee-licious
Avocado-Lemon-Agave Nectar Dressing  
Bright and healthy blend of fresh avocado purée, herbs, lemon juice and agave nectar.
