Mexican Mole (Mo-lay) Sauce
A blend of chicken broth, chili powder, cinnamon, cumin, oregano and chocolate
Salsa Roja- The Sanchez Street Special
A vibrant red chili salsa made with a blend of  New Mexico, guijillos and chipotle chilies
