Pasta Sauce Class

In this class we’ll create a sumptuous bounty of delicious, homemade Italian pasta sauces that will sure to be your go to favorites.

Spaghetti Carbonara: Spaghetti tossed in a creamy egg sauce with pecorino cheese, pancetta, garlic, butter and freshly ground black pepper.
Rigatoni w/ Bolognese Sauce: A rich meaty sauce made with ground beef, minced aromatic vegetables, tomato paste, beef broth, white wine and fresh herbs.
Penne alla Puttanesca: Penne pasta in a zesty sauce of crushed tomatoes, anchovy, garlic, capers, olives and chili flakes 
Basil-Spinach-Walnut-Garlic Pesto: Pasta cooked al’ dente, tossed in a sauce of puréed fresh basil, spinach, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, toasted walnuts and parmesan cheese.
