Sopa de Cebolla con Azafrán
  (pureed onion soup w/almonds and saffron)
Filete Asado
  (marinated grilled skirt steak with coriander, chilies and garlic)
Coca de Espinacas
  (Spanish flatbread w/ spinach, raisins, peppers and pine nuts)
Crema Catalana
  (custard w/ burnt sugar)

Spain II:
Thursday, September 16, 2010 (6pm - 9pm)

Ensalada Mixta
  (salad with romaine, hard boiled eggs, onions, tomatoes)
Paella Valenciana
  (paella with linguisa and shrimp)
Champiñones en Escabeche
  (marinated mushroom in sherry wine)
Flan de Naranja
  (orange flan in pastry dough)

Spain III:
Thursday, September 23, 2010 (6pm - 9pm)

Croquetas de Bacalao
  (crispy cod fritters)
Gazpacho
  (chilled vegetable soup)
Pollo a la Española
  (braised chicken with peppers, onions, pancetta and paprika)
Tarta de Santiago
  (Galician almond torte)

Thursday, September 30, 2010 (6pm - 9pm)
 
Ensalada Fresca
  (arugula, spinach, green onion, bread, olive and caper salad)
Escalivada
  (roasted zucchini, fennel, bell peppers, squash and onion)
Sopa Cachorreña
  (from Seville: Fish soup with orange, garlic and fresh parsley)
Torrijas
  (“Poor Knights” Fried bread with egg batter, cinnamon and sugar)
