In this funtabulous Saturday “Summertime Pie” class we’ll  create a delicious array of handcrafted pies 
with flaky scratch-made pie dough and a bounty of mouth watering fillings! 
Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie, Rustic Peach Galette, Morello Cherry Pie à la Mode and Shaker Lemon Pie!

A classic with fresh strawberries, tart rhubarb, sugar, spices and a double crust

Rustic, free form-open face peach galette with luscious ripe sliced peaches 
 baked in an all butter pie dough.
Shaker Lemon Pie * Bonus Recipe

Tangy lemon custard pie baked in a flaky double crust
