(Mélange of fresh cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, olives, raisins in a mint-lemon dressing)
Tagine de Poulet aux Pruneaux et Amandes
(Chicken braised in a saffron-wine broth with dried plums, coriander, and almonds)
Riz et Bette a Carde
(Rice with chard, coriander, parsley and paprika) 
Gateau de Miel de Yaourt
(Honey-yogurt cake infused with orange blossom water and rum syrup)
