Piped spirals of Duchess potatoes, drizzled with butter and baked to a golden brown
Pastis Gascon w/ Berry Coulis
Apple filled pastry torte, scented with orange blossom water and brandy, baked in layers of flaky fillo dough and served with mixed berry coulis
