Pumpkin, Chickpea and Sweet Potato Stew
Pumpkin, sweet potato and garbanzo bean stew in a vegetable broth seasoned with turmeric, saffron, cinnamon and ginger
Lamb Tagine 
Braised lamb w/ aromatic vegetables, chicken broth, tomato, dried apricots, Moroccan spices, almonds and couscous
Moroccan Lemon Yogurt Cake
Lemon yogurt cake with orange blossom water and honey syrup and chopped nuts.
