Seared chicken breast w/shitake mushrooms, shallots and Brie, wrapped in puff pastry and baked to golden brown with red wine sauce

Tomates farcies au Four

Baked tomatoes stuffed w/petits pois and pearl onions, bound in béchamel sauce, topped
with herbed bread crumbs

Bananes Flambées au Rhum

A real show stopper! Bananas sautéed in brown sugar, orange juice and butter,
flambéed in rum and served warm over ice cream!
