Roast Acorn Squash stuffed with Quinoa Pilaf
Roast acorn squash filled with quinoa pilaf, aromatics, spices and baked with a bread crumb topping
Chicory-Watercress and Cranberry Salad
Fresh chicory, endive, watercress and cranberries with lemon-tarragon dressing
Pear-Ginger Crisp
Pear-ginger gratin laced with cardamom and topped with a rolled oat crunch
