  (salad of mint-marinated eggplant, and greens)
Cozze Ripiene
  (stuffed mussels with bread crumbs, garlic and herbs)
Farro al Tonno e Pomodoro
  (Farro with tuna, tomatoes, capers and herbs)
Torre con Strati
  (layers of flaky pastry, sweet ricotta, dried cherries and chocolate)

Thursday, March 11, 2010 (6pm - 9pm)

Panzanella
  (tomato-cucumber-bread salad with fresh basil)
Farfalle con Piselli
  (butterfly pasta with fresh peas and scallions with truffle oil)
Arista alla Fiorentina
  (rolled pork roast, Florentine style with herbs and garlic
Crostata di frutta fresca
  (fresh fruit crostata)

Thursday, March 18, 2010 (6pm - 9pm)

Insalata di Arance e Cipolle
  (orange, red onion and watercress salad)
Vongole “al Corsaro”
  (spicy “pirate style” steamed clams in a tomato-wine broth)
Orecchiete con Cime di Rape
  (“little ear” pasta with Italian sausage, broccoli rabe and pecorino cheese)
Biscotti
  (twice-baked anise, almond and lemon flavored cookies)
