Insalata Mista with Herbed Dressing
(Crispy fresh artisan lettuces, radishes, carrots, cherry peppers and tangy herbed dressing)
Spaghetti Bolognese (A family Favorite)
(Spaghetti with a rich meat - tomato sauce and the perfect blend of spices)
Cannoli Pronto!
(Cannoli shells filled sweet ricotta, chopped chocolate, orange zest and pistachio)

Antipasto Platter
(Fresh crudités, cured meats, provolone cheese, olives, peperoncini, aioli and crusty bread)
Eggplant Parmesan (Mamma Mia !...che buona!)
(Sliced eggplant coated in bread crumb-parmesan blend, baked with tomato sauce and mozzarella)
Strawberries with Zabaglione
(Fresh strawberries covered in a wine custard sauce)

Bagna Cauda / Vegetable–Bread Fondue
(Assortment of fresh vegetable fondue with a warm olive oil-garlic-butter - anchovy dipping sauce)
Chicken Cacciatore (Like Nonna used to make)
(Chicken stewed in white wine, mushrooms, crushed tomatoes, garlic, oregano and pancetta)
Tiramisu… pick me up!
(Layered mascarpone, cream, lemon zest, espresso-wine soaked lady fingers dusted with cocoa)
