In this class we will make an array of herb and spice blends, flavorful marinades and apply them to a variety of tasty dishes. These will truly spice up your pantry and repertoire - perfect for indoor and outdoor cooking alike!

(An exotic blend of Caribbean Island spices, great as a rub or marinade.)
The Pacific Rim, Asian- Style Marinade
Perfect blend of soy sauce, ginger, lime juice, sesame, etc. excellent for chicken, pork, and seafood)
