Jerk Spiced Chicken Wings 
(Chicken wings marinated in “jerk spice rub” /allspice, ancho, ginger, thyme, cayenne, onion powder, brown sugar and rum, roasted to a golden brown/. Ya Mon’!)
Classic Guacamole Azteca
(An Aztecan original made with avocado, onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño, and tomato)
Hummus Dip with Crudities and Pita
(Creamy garbanzo bean puree with tahini, garlic, cumin and lemon juice, w/an assortment of fresh veggies and pita for dipping)
Pico di Gallo with Bay Shrimp (aka : Salsa Fresca)
(An all time favorite, made with fresh tomatoes, jalapeño, onions, lime juice and fresh coriander, served in rocks glasses with bay shrimp and corn chips)
Cheese Toasty w/ Mango Chutney
(Blend of sharp cheddar, chives, ground mustard, touch of mayo, paprika and garlic powder, baked bubbly hot on long crusty slices of baguette and topped with mango chutney)
