Handmade crepes filled with a mixture of ricotta cheese, lemon zest and vanilla, folded into rectangles, browned in butter and topped with marmalade sauce
Alsace Onion-Bacon Tart
Egg custard tart w/ crème fraîche, caramelized onions & bacon, baked in a flaky pastry crust
Watercress-Arugula Salad
Watercress and arugula salad with walnut oil vinaigrette
Flaky Currant Scones
Delicious scratch-made freshly baked scones with currants and hint of orange zest
Fresh Fruit Brochettes
Fresh fruit skewers with melon and strawberries
