Roast Duck with Apples and Rosemary / Gebratene Ente
(Succulent roast duck with rosemary, cranberries and apples)
Bavarian Potato Dumplings / Kartoffelkloesse 
(Light potato dumplings seasoned with white pepper and nutmeg)
Braised Red Cabbage / Rotkraut
(Braised sweet and sour red cabbage with juniper berries, currant jelly, cider vinegar and caraway)
Traditional German Christmas Cookies /Nuernberger Lebkuchen 
(Spice cookies with molasses, cocoa, allspice, lemon, clove, cinnamon, and honey)
