(Ground organic turkey w/ mint, cilantro, lime juice, tamari and green onions)
Asian Style Quinoa Pasta Sauté 
(Quinoa pasta sautéed with scallions, garlic, fresh ginger, carrot julienne and spinach)
Pear-Ginger Crisp
(Pear-ginger gratin laced with cardamom-cinnamon and oat topping)
