Handmade Chapati Bread/Kati Rolls
Traditional Indian whole wheat flatbreads rolled into Kati rolls with various fillings:
Curried Root Vegetable Stew
Variety of root vegetables braised in coconut broth with curry and spices
Cauliflower-Chickpea Stew
Cauliflower and chickpea curry
Chicken Tikka Masala with Raita Sauce (plus veggie version)
Marinated, char-broiled, chicken, peppers and onion, stewed in tomato-cardamom-garam masala broth and served with yogurt-mint sauce
