Vegetable fritters of eggplant, carrot and snow peas sticks tossed in curry and chickpea flour batter and deep fried)
Tamarind and Fig Chutney

Versatile chutney made with tamarind puree, dried figs, fennel, chili, ginger and mustard seeds)
