Roti-Chapati-Phulkas/Puffed-Soft Indian Flatbread   
Handmade soft unleavened flatbreads made with whole wheat or atta flour, griddled on an iron skillet or tava.
Madras Curry Root Vegetable Stew
Various root vegetables, stewed in a coconut milk, Madras curry masala blend, garlic, lime, ginger and cilantro  
Curried Cauliflower-Sweet Potato-Chickpea Stew
Cauliflower, sweet potatoes, onions, raisins and chickpeas, simmered in spicy yellow curry and vegetable broth.
Chicken Tikka Masala with Raita
Chicken, peppers and onions in a yogurt masala marinade, char-broiled then simmered in a tomato, ground almond, garam masala, ginger and cream sauce…served with mint yogurt sauce
