In this class we’ll create an alluring array of the most delicious, freshly made Asian wraps and dumplings. These are an absolute hit at cocktail parties, luncheons and dinner parties, plus they're really fun to make!
Thai Beef Lettuce Wraps
Ground grass fed beef, Thai basil, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass and red chilies wrapped in lettuce leaves.
Chinese Pot Stickers (Jiǎozi)
Fried and steamed dumplings in a gyoza wrapper filled w/ ground pork, scallions, ginger, garlic and cabbage with a soy-ginger sauce.
Vietnamese Spring Rolls
Rice paper wraps filled with bay shrimp, mint, rice vermicelli, chives, sprouts, carrots, red leaf lettuce and peanut sauce.
Filipino Lumpia
Eggroll wrappers filled with ground pork, cabbage, cilantro, garlic, bean sprouts and onions, deep fried to a crisp, golden brown and served with sweet chili sauce.

Fresh, flavorful, healthy and delicious Indian cooking! A beautiful combination of enticing vegetarian dishes and an amazing chicken dish rounded off with handcrafted flatbreads and raita sauce.
Roti-Chapati-Phulkas/ Puffed-Soft Indian Flatbread  
Handmade soft unleavened flatbreads made with whole wheat or atta flour, griddled on an iron skillet or tava.
Madras Curry Root Vegetable Stew
Various root vegetables, stewed in coconut milk, Madras curry masala blend, garlic, lime, ginger and cilantro. 
Curried Cauliflower-Sweet Potato-Chickpea Stew
Cauliflower, sweet potatoes, onions, raisins and chickpeas, simmered in spicy yellow curry and vegetable broth.
Chicken Tikka Masala with Raita
Chicken, peppers and onions in a yogurt masala marinade, char-broiled then simmered in a tomato, ground almond, garam masala, ginger and cream sauce…served with mint yogurt sauce.

Tri-folded savory pastries, filled with peas, potato, cumin and garam masala, deep fried and served with raita (omit for vegan) and mango chutney.
Laccha Salad
Red onion, tomato and cucumber salad with coriander, cumin and chat masala.
Madras Curry Root Vegetable Stew
A variety of seasonal root or squash vegetables, bell peppers and onions, simmered in coconut milk, vegetable broth, Madras curry masala blend, garlic, lime, ginger and cilantro. Served grilled naan.
Vegan Nankhatai Cookies 
A vegan, melt in your mouth, cardamom scented shortbread cookie studded with nuts.

We'll have a ball creating this enticing trio of curried rice bowl dishes with all the tasty accompaniments!
Curried Lentil Dal
Curried lentil stew with vegetable broth, curry, aromatic vegetables, chilies, turmeric and other spices.
Chicken Coconut Curry
A mouthwatering curry made up of chicken, celery, turnips, carrots and green onions simmered in a luscious coconut milk sauce with yellow curry, cayenne pepper, cumin, lime juice and cilantro.
Lamb Curry
A rich lamb (or beef) curry with Madras curry, garam masala spices, apples, carrots, onions, chilies, ginger and other good stuff.
Included accompaniments and garnishes: Steamed Jasmine rice, crisp Papadums, chutney, crushed peanuts, raisins, shaved toasted coconut and cilantro leaves.

Roti-Chapati-Phulkas (puffed-soft Indian Flatbread)
Handmade soft unleavened flatbreads made with whole wheat and white flour, griddled on an iron skillet or tava, then puffed up over direct flame, deflated and served with a variety of tasty fillings and condiments.
Kachumber Salad (Indian Cucumber-Radish-Onion-Tomato Salad)
A fresh and zippy salad made with diced cucumbers, chili peppers, tomatoes, daikon radish, red onion, mint, cilantro, lemon juice, chaat masala and chopped peanuts.
Gobhi Sarson/ Cauliflower w/ Mustard
Cauliflower florets sautéed with mild chilies, mustard greens or kale, onion, toasted mustard seeds, turmeric, garlic, ginger and nigella seeds. Also nice with the addition of chickpeas.
Dal Saag/ Stewed Lentils and Spinach
