Enjoy a cozy evening creating these mouthwateringly delicious San Francisco favorites! Classic Caesar Salad, Fresh Seafood Cioppino, Grilled Lemon-Pepper Asparagus and Chocolate Molten Lava Cake. YUM! 


Knife Skills Class/ Tuesday, April 9th/ 6pm to 9pm/ Essentials (95.) per person/ sold out
An essential for home cooks, chefs, novices, and culinary wizards alike. Learn to hone, sharpen, position, slice, dice, chiffonade, mince, and julienne just like a pro! Plus, a whole chicken breakdown demonstration at the end of class. Also included delicious noshes such as veggie/ meat/ cheese flatbreads and our class made bruschetta. 

Pasta Sauces Class/ Spaghetti Western! Saturday, April 13th / 11am to 2pm/ *Special* (115.) per person/ 4 openings available!
In this class we will create 4 incredibly delicious, savory, homemade pasta sauces that will sure to be your go to weeknight or anytime favorites. All these delicious sauces will be paired with cooked to order “al dente” durum wheat-semolina pasta. Gluten free pasta can be available upon advance request. Spaghetti Carbonara, Penne alla Puttanesca, Fusilli w/ Kale-Basil-Spinach-Pesto and Rigatoni Rigate w/ Rich and Meaty Bolognese Sauce. Plenty of good eats in this class!

A sumptuous symphony of mouthwateringly delicious comfort foods, typical of your favorite neighborhood Italian restaurant! In this class, we will make the most amazing-

Master the artistry and sublime elegance in creating these amazing, light and airy sweet and savory soufflés! These mouthwatering delicious soufflés are fun and easy to make once you know the techniques and tricks of the trade! *Soufflé Tomate Basilic* (Tomato-Basil and Cheddar Cheese Souffle) Grand Marnier Soufflés * (Light and airy soufflés with top shelf orange liqueur) Soufflé au Fromage avec Herbes (Gruyère cheese-fines herbes soufflés) and * Bittersweet Chocolate Soufflés with Crème Anglaise * We'll make them all!

Flavors of Old Algiers in the Streets of PARIS/ (Algerian- Moroccan- French) Wednesday, May 15th / 6pm to 9pm (135.) per person/ open

In this we will create an enchanting Algerian- Moroccan- French menu featuring the enticing North African/ Arabic flavors and spices found throughout the Maghreb. Salade du Maghreb/ Mélange of fresh cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, olives, raisins, and mint in a mustard-lemon dressing/ Tagine de Poulet aux Pruneaux et Amandes/ Chicken braised in a chicken-saffron-wine broth with dried plums, apricots, turmeric, cumin, coriander and almonds/ Riz et Bette à Carde/ Jasmine rice cooked with red chard, coriander, parsley and paprika/ Gâteau de Miel de Yaourt/ Honey-yogurt cake infused with orange blossom water and rum.


Chicken Cookery Class/ La Cuisine du Poulet, Saturday, May 18th/ 11am to 2pm/ 125.) per person/ open

A stress-free approach to the essential methods and techniques of chicken cookery (braising, roasting and sautéing). In this class, you will learn to create these amazing dishes with an air of confidence and the most delicious, palate pleasing results! Coq au Vin (Chicken fricassee braised in a luscious red wine sauce of mushrooms, pearl onions and bacon lardons), Poulet Rôti (The perfect, whole roasted chicken w/ fresh herbs, lemons, and aromatics), Sauté de Poulet au Citron et aux Câpres (Sautéed boneless, skinless chicken breast paillards w/ lemon, caper, parsley, and butter sauce) Accompanied with tomato Provençal, roasted creamer rosemary potatoes and sauteed green beans or arugula salad.

A tantalizingly delicious homage to New Orleans’ famous Commander’s Palace, Brennan’s, Café Du Monde, and Antoine’s Restaurant where a bountiful brunch and friends take center stage! Spicy Grilled Cajun Shrimp w/ Creamy Cheddar Grits, Eggs Sardou (Poached Eggs over Creamed Spinach, Artichoke Bottoms, Hollandaise Sauce, and Crumbled Bacon Bits), French Press Coffee (both Regular and Decaf), and Grapefruit Brûlée.


The Curry Kart/ Gluten Free! Thursday, June 13th/ 6pm to 9pm/ (125.) per person/ open
What a palate pleasing adventure we will have creating these exotic and enticingly delicious curry dishes, featuring: Curried Lentil Dal, Chicken Coconut Curry, and luscious Lamb Curry.
Including a bevy of tantalizing accompaniments: Steamed basmati rice, crisp papadums, chutney, yogurt sauce, crushed peanuts, raisins, shaved toasted coconut and cilantro leaves.
