Thai Beef Lettuce Wraps: Cooked ground grass fed beef seasoned with Thai basil, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass and red chilies, cooled and wrapped in lettuce leaves.
Chinese Pot Stickers (Jiǎozi): Fried and steamed dumplings in a gyoza wrapper filled w/ground pork (or chicken), scallions, ginger, garlic and cabbage with a soy-ginger sauce.
