Price per person is listed with each menu and includes everything except *helper/assistant and wine which you are welcome to bring. Price per person includes taxes, space itself, 3-hour time frame, food cost, hands-on experience, expert instruction, complete recipes, plenty to eat and lots of fun!
Minimum 6 ppl. for a private group class and up to 12 ppl. maximum. Full payment and registration are due in advance.
A private class for 4 people is available @155.00 per person and 5 people @ 135.00 per person choose any menu from archives or scheduled classes except Crab Boil, Gourmet Fish Cookery and Classic French Sauces.
Gratuities are graciously accepted.
For Registration: submit your info, date, 3-hour time, menu, number of attendees and payment.
Cost for helper/assistant add 75.00 for a group of 4 to 8ppl. and for a group of 9 to 12 ppl add 150.00.
