Grilled Flat Iron Steak
Grilled flat iron steak or strip steaks with sauteed cherry tomatoes and Sauce Marchand de Vin.
Hasselback Potatoes
Sliced, intact roasted potatoes basted in garlic-herb-olive oil and butter.
