Chicken Parmigiana 
Chicken breast cutlets, lightly coated in breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese, pan fried to a golden brown then baked in the oven
with dollops of homemade tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and more parmesan cheese.

Broccolini al Pepperoncini
Pan griddled broccolini with garlic and chili flakes 

Garlic Bread
Split baguette lengthwise, slathered in garlic-herb butter and baked to golden brown.

Insalata Mista
Mixed lettuces, red onion, garbanzo beans, black olives, tomato and cucumber tossed in an Italian vinaigrette.

Classic Tiramisu
Alternating layers of mascarpone, whipped cream, zabaglione and savoiardi soaked in espresso-
topped off with a liberal dusting of cocoa powder…yum!
