Pasta Sauces Class/ Spaghetti Western!
In this class we will create a sumptuous bounty of 4 delicious, homemade pasta sauces that will sure to be your go to weeknight or anytime favorites. All these delicious sauces will be paired with cooked to order “al dente” durum wheat-semolina pasta.

Spaghetti Carbonara: Spaghetti tossed in a creamy sauce comprised of eggs, parmesan and pecorino cheese, bacon, garlic, white wine, parsley and freshly ground black pepper.

Rigatoni Rigate w/ Bolognese Sauce: A rich meaty sauce made with ground beef, ground pork, minced aromatic vegetables, tomato paste, tomato puree, beef broth, white wine and fresh herbs.

Penne w/ Zingy Puttanesca Sauce: Penne pasta in a zesty sauce of crushed tomatoes, anchovy, garlic, capers, olives and chili flakes

Kale-Basil-Spinach-Almond-Pesto: Trofie, Fusilli or Gemelli Pasta cooked al’ dente, tossed in a sauce of puréed fresh basil, spinach, kale, ground toasted almonds, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil and parmesan cheese.
