Palmiers (aka “elephant ears” or French hearts)
Sweet and crispy, flaky puff pastry hearts, aka: palm leaves or elephant ears
Tartes aux Fruits Frais
A variety of fresh fruit tarts with homemade lemon curd, pastry cream (crème patissière), sweet pastry shells (pâte sucrée) topped with fresh berries and finished with an apricot glaze
Profiteroles
Petite cream puffs (pâte à choux dough) filled with ice cream and draped in chocolate sauce
