Sweet and crispy, flaky puff pastry hearts, aka: palm leaves or elephant ears

Tartes aux Fruits Frais

A variety of fresh fruit tarts with homemade lemon curd, sweet pastry shells (pâte sucrée) topped with fresh berries and finished with an apricot glaze.

Profiteroles

Petite cream puffs (pâte à choux dough) filled with ice cream or pastry cream (crème patissière), draped in chocolate sauce
