Roasted eggplant in a honey-balsamic vinegar glaze with feta and fresh mint.
Char-Grilled Broccolini with Chili Flakes and Garlic
Pan char-grilled broccolini with chili flakes and garlic
Flame-Roasted Sweet Bell Peppers with Olives and Rosemary
Red bell peppers, flame roasted and marinated with olives, orange zest, rosemary, and garlic.
Served with crunchy baguette on the side.

Gratin layered w/ zucchini-yellow squash-tomato-basil and a crunchy bread crumb-parmesan topping.
